This site is run by Chris McCann. Here is what happens with your information when you visit chrismccann.co.
What I collect
If you subscribe to Field Notes or take the Field Assessment, I collect your email address. That email goes to Beehiiv, which handles the newsletter. I use it to send you what I said I would send you. Nothing else.
If you take the Field Assessment, your results (score band, dimension scores) are attached to your subscription so I can send a relevant follow-up. No answers to individual questions are stored.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics, which is privacy-focused and does not use cookies. No personal data is collected. No tracking across sites. Plausible collects aggregate data only: page views, referral sources, country, device type. None of it is tied to an individual.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies.
Third parties
Beehiiv (newsletter delivery), Netlify (hosting), Plausible (analytics), Google Fonts (typography). Each has its own privacy policy. I chose them because they are straightforward about what they do with data.
Your data
If you want to unsubscribe, every email has a link at the bottom. If you want your email removed entirely, write me at chris@chrismccann.co and I will take care of it.
